Alayka Seputra
Integrating societal & cultural awareness with creative narrative, the work I produce and the practice I pursue is aimed to showcase my take on art & design. Now completing my final year at RISD Industrial Design, I’ve dedicated most of my time to works that convey ideas I wish to present to you. Through sense and practice, I attempt to show an image of craft and care through efficient production/manufacturing processes.
My Senior Thesis, ASMARA, is a collection produced to reclaim and reframe Made in Indonesia into Designed by an Indonesian. Including, but not limited to home goods items & accessories.
